· In using this site and ordering any items you are deemed to have read and accepted the following terms and conditions;
· All images on the website are for illustration purposes only and are intended to give a general guide of how the product looks, however we cannot guarantee that your device will display the colour accurately to reflect the actual colour of our products. Due to the nature of some of our products your item may vary slightly from images on this website. When you are purchasing items which have been hand made, reengineered or distressed each item will be unique and this is intended and makes each piece totally individual.
· Due to the nature of our product some items are collection only. This will be detailed in the product listing.
· Wooden pieces will be uniques and may involve wood splits, wood filling, knots, purpose distress/scratch marks, these are not faults in the product.
We are not liable for how and where your products are placed. Depending on the internal climate and light our natural products may dry our further and cause twisting, movement and cracking in the product.
· You as the customer are liable for the hanging of art and the use of suitable hanging materials to sustain the weight of the wall hanging. We are not liable for the damage for Artwork once the customer has taken delivery of it.
· Leather Products are made from quality natural and very often will not be uniform in colour or texture and may include natural markings such as scars and bites, these are not faults.
· Cow hide & Goat hide hairs will loosen over time on these items we can't be liable for hair loss.
· All Products are subject to availability.
· Should your item not be available we will inform you by e-mail and payment will not be taken.
· All prices are inclusive of VAT.
· Please ensure you carefully measure the space in your home / premises and the opennings to accept deliveries. We cannot accept returns when items do not fit.
· All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will
inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order.
· You can call us anytime to discuss delivery before placing your order.
· Due to the nature of our products refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please use the contact us page in the first instance quoting your order number and why you are requesting a return for a refund.
